These terms apply when you or your organisation use Velkri. By creating a workspace or an account, you agree to them. [Contracting entity and governing law, for review.]

Your workspace

Your organisation owns the content it puts into Velkri. You give us permission to host and process that content only to provide the service to you. Workspace admins decide who can join and what they can see.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Velkri to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.
• Record calls and meetings only with the consent your local law requires.
• Do not try to access workspaces or data you have not been given access to.
• Do not disrupt the service or try to get around usage limits.

AI features

Velkri's answers, summaries and proposals are generated with AI and cite their sources. They can be wrong. Decisions and changes only take effect when a person confirms them, and you are responsible for what you confirm.

Plans, trials and payment

Paid plans are billed per person, monthly or yearly, in advance. Trials last 14 days. [Payment terms, renewals, refunds and taxes, for review.]

Availability and support

We work to keep Velkri available and to fix problems quickly. [Service levels and support commitments per plan, for review.]

Ending the service
