Decision log

Every decision, with who made it and where.

A decision made in a thread or on a call is kept with a link back to where it was made, so nobody has to remember it. Velkri proposes, people confirm, and each project’s timeline shows what was decided, by whom and when.

How it works

Decision log in three steps.

  1. 01

Talk the way you already do

Chat in project channels, call from the project, or bring Velkri into your Meet, Zoom or Teams call.

  2. 02

    Velkri proposes the decision

A decision captured from a call or a thread arrives as a proposal that someone confirms, edits or dismisses.

  3. 03

    The record keeps up

Confirmed decisions go on the project’s timeline and into its briefs, each citing the message or moment it came from.

What you get

The details that matter.

  • Decisions from calls and threads, with a link to where they were said
  • Nothing enters the record until a person confirms it
  • A timeline per project
  • A weekly brief written from the week’s work
  • Every change in the audit log

Questions

About decision log.

Does Velkri decide things on its own?

No. Velkri proposes, people confirm. A decision captured from a call or a thread arrives as a proposal that someone on the team confirms, edits or dismisses. Only confirmed items become part of the project record.

Who can see what Velkri remembers?

Only the people who could already see the source. Projects are private to their members, answers are built only from sources the person asking has access to, and direct messages are never used for AI or project memory. Access is enforced in the database, not just in the app.
