About Velkri

Teams forget. Velkri doesn’t.

Every team makes dozens of decisions a week in calls, threads and hallways. Most of them are never written down, and the ones that are end up in a different tool from the conversation that made them.

We built Velkri after watching the same thing happen on every project: a decision gets made on a call, someone half-remembers it a week later, and the team spends a meeting reconstructing what everyone thought was settled.

The tools were never the problem on their own. Chat is good at conversation, meeting recorders are good at transcripts, and wikis are good at pages. But a decision lives across all three, and nothing connects them. So the record is always out of date, and nobody trusts it.

Velkri puts the conversation, the meetings and the work for each project in one place, and keeps a memory of what was decided, by whom and where it was said. It does the writing up, cites every source, and waits for a person to confirm. The result is a record your team can actually rely on.

What we believe

Four rules we build by.

  1. 01

    Cite, don’t claim

Anything Velkri says about your project points to where it came from. If it cannot cite it, it does not say it.

  2. 02

    Propose, then confirm

Velkri does the writing up. People make the decisions. Nothing enters the record until someone on the team confirms it.

  3. 03

    Private by default

A memory this detailed has to be strict. Projects are private, DMs stay out of AI, and access is enforced in the database.

  4. 04

Any team, one way of working

An agency, a site team and a legal team decide different things the same way: they talk, then someone has to remember.
