Acceptable use policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

This policy is part of our terms of service. It applies to everyone who uses Velkri, and customers are responsible for their members following it.

Content and conduct

Don't use Velkri to create, store or share anything that:

  • is illegal, or helps someone break the law;
  • sexually exploits or endangers children;
  • harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against anyone, or encourages violence or self-harm;
  • infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • is malware, phishing, spam or a scam, or deceives people about who you are.

Recording and other people's data

  • Don't record, transcribe or send the meeting bot to a call or meeting without the notice and consent the law requires.
  • Don't bring in personal data you have no right to process, or use Velkri to track or profile people without a lawful basis.
  • Don't put in special categories of data, such as health or financial account data, unless the law allows it and your organisation has arranged it with us.

The service

  • Don't access accounts, workspaces or data you have not been given access to.
  • Don't probe, scan or test Velkri's security without our written permission. Report issues to [email protected] instead.
  • Don't overload or disrupt Velkri, or get around its usage limits, AI allowances or billing.
  • Don't scrape Velkri, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use it or its output to build a competing product.
  • Don't resell or share Velkri access outside your organisation without our agreement.

AI features

  • Don't try to make Velkri's AI reveal data the person asking cannot see, or get around its safeguards.
  • Don't use AI output to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without a human review.
  • Don't present AI output as written by a person when that would mislead people.

What we do about breaches

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts or workspaces that break this policy, as our terms describe. To report abuse, write to [email protected].
