Pricing questions.
What does the free plan keep, and what does it delete?
Free workspaces see the last 90 days of messages, files and transcripts; older ones are hidden, not deleted, and come back when you upgrade. Content older than a year and recordings older than 30 days are deleted. Admins get an email 30, 7 and 1 days before anything is deleted, with a one-click export.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone with an account in your workspace. People you share a read-only link with, such as clients reviewing a brief, are not counted.
What happens if we use a lot of AI?
Each plan includes a monthly AI budget per workspace. Admins see usage by project and person, get a warning at 80% and choose what happens at the limit. Chat, calls, files and tasks always keep working.
Can we pay in rupees?
Yes. Teams in India can be billed in rupees at the prices shown when you choose INR above.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits and education?
Talk to us. We would rather find a price that works than lose a team that needs Velkri.
