One tool instead of four

Your team talks in one app, takes notes in another, sketches in a third and decides in a fourth. Velkri is all of them.

When the conversation, the meeting, the sketch and the record live apart, decisions fall into the gaps. In Velkri they share one project, so the record writes itself from the work.

  • Chat

Channels, threads and direct messages for every project, with files and calls one click away.

    Instead of Slack

  • Meeting notes

Velkri joins your calls, or records the room on a phone, and writes up what was decided and who owns what.

    Instead of Fireflies or Otter

  • Boards

Draw live with the team on a call or between them. Velkri draws from the project’s facts, and tidies what you sketched.

    Instead of Miro

  • Project memory

Decisions, tasks and docs that stay linked to the message, call or file they came from.

    Instead of Notion

Moving in? Bring channels, threads and people from Slack, work from Asana, Notion and Jira, and meeting notes from Fireflies, Fathom and Otter.

How it works

Talk the way you already do. Velkri keeps the record.

Velkri listens where the work happens, proposes what it heard and waits for a person to confirm. You get a record you can trust, without anyone writing minutes.

  1. 01

    Talk

Chat in project channels, call from the project, or bring Velkri into your Meet, Zoom or Teams call. Nobody changes how they work.

  2. 02

    Velkri captures

Decisions and action items are picked out of the conversation, each linked to the exact moment it was said.

  3. 03

    The team confirms

Nothing enters the record until a person confirms it. Confirmed actions become tasks with an owner and a date.

  4. 04

    Ask anything

Ask what was decided and why. Every answer cites its sources, and each citation opens the moment it came from.

  5. 05

    Everywhere you work

Calls ring on your desktop, proposals wait in Activity, and the record is the same in every window. iPhone and Android apps are on the way.

Product

One place for the whole project, and a memory for all of it.

Velkri brings the conversation, the meetings and the work into each project, then keeps track of what was decided along the way.

Today and project home

Start the day on what needs you.

Today gathers what is waiting on you, what is next and the recaps that are ready, on tiles you arrange yourself. Your projects sit on a rail you sort into folders, and each one opens on what changed since you were last there.

  • Calls, work, files, boards and channels in every project
  • A project brief Velkri keeps up to date from the work
  • Activity and My work across every project

Calls and Notetaker

Every call ends with notes nobody had to write.

Start a call from the project, or let Velkri join your Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting. It takes notes, captures decisions and owners, and files them in the right project.

  • Joins from your calendar automatically
  • Transcripts linked to each decision
  • Recording consent handled per workspace

Boards

Sketch it together. Velkri picks up a pen.

Every project and every call has boards, with everyone’s cursor on them. Ask Velkri to draw a flow from what the project already knows, or select your own strokes and have it tidy or extend them.

  • Draw live on a call or between calls
  • Draw with Velkri, Tidy and Extend
  • A call’s board stays on its recap
More on boards

Cited answers

Ask the project. Every answer shows its sources.

Ask what was agreed, who owns what or why something changed. Velkri answers from the project’s chat, calls, files and docs, and every claim carries a footnote you can open.

  • Answers only from what you are allowed to see
  • Footnotes that open the exact message or moment
  • Ask privately or in the channel

In-person meetings

Record the room on your phone.

Site walks and meetings at a desk get the same notes as calls. Add more phones as mics, follow a live transcript, and decisions arrive for the attendees to confirm.

Scheduling and guests

Set up the meeting here too.

Google and Outlook calendars, booking pages, and meeting links that let guests ask to join from the browser. The recap reaches them afterwards.

Shared channels

Work across companies.

Share a channel with another workspace. Each side picks its people and which files to share, and stopping a share takes them out of answers at once.

Docs and artifacts

Briefs and decks that keep up.

Draft documents, flows, checklists and decks from the project’s sources. Every version shows what changed and why.

Work and linked tools

Action items become tasks.

Owners and due dates come straight from the conversation, and sync both ways with Jira, Linear, GitHub and Asana.

For every kind of team

Built for teams that decide things together. Whatever they make.

Agencies, operations, legal, construction and product teams use Velkri the same way: talk, let Velkri capture, confirm. The decisions are what change.

Every client call ends with the brief up to date.

Client feedback arrives on calls, in threads and in passing. Velkri keeps each account’s decisions in one place, so the team works from what the client actually approved.

  • Approvals captured from client calls
  • Feedback rounds tracked per deliverable
  • A brief that cites where each change came from

Privacy and control

A memory for your team, not for anyone else.

Velkri remembers a lot, so it is strict about who sees what. These rules hold on every plan.

  • Direct messages never feed AI

DMs stay between the two people in them. They are never indexed, searched by Velkri or used in project memory.

  • Private by default

Projects are visible to their members only, and Velkri answers each person only from sources that person can open.

  • Enforced in the database

Row-level security scopes every query to your workspace and your access, so a bug in the app cannot show another team’s data.

  • People confirm, Velkri proposes

Nothing enters the record or changes a task until someone on your team confirms it. Every change is in the audit log.

  • Enterprise controls

Single sign-on with SCIM, audit log export and custom limits on the Enterprise plan.

  • AI providers that keep no copy

Answers, transcription and search run only on providers that keep no copy and never train on it. Meeting bots are the one exception, set out on the security page.

Pricing

Free to start. Priced per person when you grow.

Questions

What teams ask before they switch.

Something else? Write to [email protected].

Is Velkri a chat app, a meeting recorder or a wiki?

All three, joined up per project. Your team chats in channels and DMs, calls from the project or brings Velkri into Meet, Zoom and Teams, and keeps boards, files, docs and tasks in the same place. What connects them is memory: decisions and action items are captured with a link back to where they were said.

Does Velkri decide things on its own?

No. Velkri proposes, people confirm. A decision captured from a call or a thread arrives as a proposal that someone on the team confirms, edits or dismisses. Only confirmed items become part of the project record.

Who can see what Velkri remembers?

Only the people who could already see the source. Projects are private to their members, answers are built only from sources the person asking has access to, and direct messages are never used for AI or project memory. Access is enforced in the database, not just in the app.

Is Velkri only for software teams?

No. Velkri is built for any team that makes decisions together: agencies, operations, legal, construction and site teams, and product teams. Capabilities for a specific kind of work, such as automated QA for software, are optional packs you turn on per project.

Can we move over from Slack and our other tools?

Yes. The Slack import brings your channels, threads and members across, and you choose which project each channel belongs to. Work from Asana, Notion and Jira comes in the same way, and meeting notes from tools like Fireflies, Fathom and Otter become recaps. Your team can start in Velkri with its history intact.

Can our other AI tools connect to Velkri?

Yes. Velkri has an MCP server that AI tools connect to, signing in with OAuth. Their access expires, it opens only the MCP server, and workspace owners and admins can manage these tools or turn them off.

Can we use our own AI model?

On the Enterprise plan, admins can run Velkri on their own OpenAI-compatible endpoint, such as Azure OpenAI, vLLM or LiteLLM. Velkri checks the endpoint and runs each job on a model that can do it. On every other plan Velkri runs the AI for you, through providers that keep no copy of your data and never train on it; meeting bot transcription is the one exception, explained on the security page.

What happens when the AI trial ends?

Your workspace stays free. After 14 days it gets 3 AI answers a day, banked up to 20 and shared by every free workspace the same owner runs, and 2 meetings or uploaded recordings a week transcribed, up to 60 minutes each, with a summary and the decisions and action items in them. Later ones that week are kept and queued, then transcribed in order when the allowance resets, and search keeps understanding what you mean; chat, calls, files and tasks keep working. The free plan shows the last 90 days of history, and older messages and files are hidden, not deleted, until you upgrade. Content older than a year is deleted, and admins are emailed 30, 7 and 1 days before, with a one-click export.

Keep every decision

Start a project, invite the team and hold your next meeting in Velkri. By the end of the week, the record is already there.
