In-person meetings
Meetings in a room get the same notes as calls.
Site walks and meetings at a desk get the same treatment as calls. One device records, others can join as extra mics, and decisions arrive for the attendees to confirm, each linked to its moment in the recording.
How it works
In-person meetings in three steps.
- 01
Start recording
Start from the project, or say yes when a meeting in a room on your calendar begins and Velkri asks to record it.
- 02
Add mics and marks
Others in the room can join as mics. Take marks and photos as you go, and turn on a live transcript if you want one.
- 03
Confirm what was decided
The recap plays the recording, and every line, decision and task jumps to its moment.
What you get
The details that matter.
- Several mics in one room
- A live transcript, per meeting
- Marks and photos become chapters
- Say “Velkri, ...” to ask while you talk
- Summary emails, as for calls
Questions
About in-person meetings.
Do people in the room know they are recorded?
The recorder shows that it is recording, and attendees are told. Recording consent is handled per workspace, as it is for calls.
